The bathroom door was essentially a barn door—privacy? What’s that? And honestly, the carpet really could've used a bit more love from the vacuum cleaner!

Bathroom door latches should be standard and rooms need more thorough cleaning!!! !!! The indoor pool looks neglected and has rusted doors!!! The furniture, especially chairs, feels outdated and should be replaced!!!

The location was ideal, just a short walk to downtown and all the attractions you want to see. The in-room fridge was a great plus for storing snacks and drinks.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a King Room and was impressed by the comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore. Although the breakfast could use more variety, with options like fresh fruit and oatmeal, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

I really loved the location, as it was just a short walk from the main Gatlinburg strip, which made exploring the town super easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for my family. there were noticeable issues, such as the air conditioning not working properly and some noise disturbances from the hallway that made it hard to sleep. I think with better maintenance and soundproofing, this place could be great!
